Alumina balls are considered as integral parts of air separation, fluorine treatment and hydrogen generation procedures. These balls are also used for deep drying of ethylene and propylene. Alumina balls have excellent pollutant absorbing capacity for which these are used for absorbing paraffin in waste gas. These non toxic grade alumina balls do not cause swelling. Free from unpleasant smell, these balls are unable to dilute in water. Activated form of these balls is used for water and air purification purpose. Offered desiccant balls act as suitable defluorination factor for drinking water and also as adsorbent during production of hydrogen peroxide.
